Align Pediatric Therapy

What services do you offer?

We provide a range of pediatric physical therapy services, including treatment for gross motor delays, developmental delays, and sports injuries. Our specialized care also includes Schroth physical therapy, a conservative, non-surgical treatment for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.

Where are services provided?

We pride ourselves on meeting our families where they are! We have a conveniently located space in North Raleigh and we also offer in-home and daycare services in certain area codes. Please contact us to see if your home is in our range.

How can I determine if my child needs therapy?

If you notice delays in your child’s physical development, such as difficulty with walking, running, or coordination, it may be beneficial to consult with a pediatric therapist. Early intervention can significantly improve outcomes for children with developmental challenges. Pediatricians also screen children during well visits and make any necessary referrals to therapy.

What should I expect during the first visit?

During the first visit, our therapists will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your child’s physical abilities and challenges. This assessment helps us create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child’s specific needs and goals.

What insurances do you accept?

We are currently out of network with private insurers. We provide a “superbill” at the end of the month that you can submit for reimbursement through your insurer. Out of network benefits vary between plans, so please check with your specific plan to find out about your out of network benefits.

Why are you out of network with my insurance?

We are currently out of network with private insurers. After many years working with insurance, we have found that low reimbursement rates, authorization denials, and limited visit coverage impacts our patient’s progress. Remaining an out-of-network provider ensures we are able to prescribe and treat your child with one-on-one quality therapy without risking lapses in visits or denials.

How long will my child need therapy?

The duration of therapy varies based on each child’s individual needs and progress. Some children may require only a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing therapy over several months to achieve their goals.

How much does therapy cost?

Our sessions are priced based on type of visit and length of visit. Please visit our pricing and insurance page to learn more.
