Align Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned practice serving Durham, Raleigh, and surrounding areas in North Carolina. Our therapist specializes in physical therapy services for children experiencing a variety of diagnoses and gross motor delays.
We meet families where they are by providing one-on-one, out-of-network services at a location of families’ choosing–whether in our clinic in North Raleigh or at your home or local park.
Our pediatric physical therapist has extensive experiencing treating gross motor delays, torticollis, low tone, orthopedic/sport injuries, and scoliosis at all ages from birth through 21.
We are one of the only private clinics in the Triangle offering Schroth physical therapy, non-surgical, conservative treatment for scoliosis.

At Align Pediatric Therapy, we specialize in providing tailored physical therapy for children from birth to 21 years. At Align Pediatric Therapy, we understand that time and money are two huge barriers to receiving pediatric physical therapy. As working parents, we understand how important flexible treatment options are! We offer treatment at a North Raleigh clinic, in home, and in daycares in select Raleigh/Durham areas. We also offer flexible appointment times (30, 45, or 60 minutes) that fit your schedule and budget.

Meet our therapists
Ashley Rice, PT, DPT
Dr. Ashley has had a passion for treating the pediatric population since graduating from PT school in 2019. Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016 followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Methodist University in 2019.
Upon graduation, Ashley began working at an outpatient pediatric orthopedic clinic gaining invaluable experience with serial casting, gait analysis with EMG, and orthopedic post-surgical cases. She has since also had experience working at UNC Children’s Hospital and general pediatric outpatient therapy clinics in Raleigh.
Dr. Ashley loves to treat children of all ages and also enjoys collaborating with occupational and speech therapists to meet child and family goals.
